First and foremost, I’m not a software engineer. But I’ve worked with some damn good ones.
To build a handbook with real value for other engineers, I paired up with a leading developer for a series of interviews and a deep dive into his internal doumentation.
The result was this handbook—a comprehensive guide for engineers and leaders looking to build tomorrow’s teams.
The Ads.
As the name suggests, the lead magnet also had to attract leads.
